Welcome to the 60’s Chicken Roulade

Toasted poppy and sunflower seed crusted chicken fillets rolled with brie cheese, lemon rind, fresh thyme and slow roasted baby tomatoes. Served with beetroot and truffle risotto, and green beans.

Grilled line fish drizzled with creamy mixed citrus butter and deep-fried capers. Served with creamy black olive mashed potato, courgette and minted pea purée.
