“Miss Lucy” is one of the nicknames given to the Red Stumpnose by Southern Cape fisherman and this wine would no doubt work well with seafood. A unique blend of: 46% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Semillon and 19% Pinot Gris. Only a salty breeze and a sunny day can improve what is already a perfect match of flavours.

The Glass Collection Syrah has a wonderful dark and rich colour. The wine stayed in French Oak barrel for twelve months.  The aromatics of the wine are intense with floral tones such as Yasmin and violet coming through with white pepper spice and dark berry core.

The wine has a deep almost opaque garnet colour with a bouquet of spice, dark plums and bramble berries. These flavours follow on the palate and combined with a fine tannin profile and integrated oaking to give the wine great length.

The name Giorgio Dalla Cia will always be associated with the iconic Rubicon, one of the first Bordeaux style blends in South Africa which earned him accolade of South Africa’s Champion Winemaker in 1980 and producer of the best red blend in the world in 2006. Nothing has Changed.
