It consists of a blend of various parcels from the estate, each kept separate throughout the winemaking process. A unique blend of: 46% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Semillon and 19% Pinot Gris. Only a salty breeze and a sunny day can improve what is already a perfect match of flavours.

This wine is a true expression of good grape quality and terroir. The wine was made as natural as possible. On the nose the aromas are mixed herbs, plum and some lovely cigar box flavours. The wine is highly concentrated with a big, but elegant mid-palate and a long finish.
