A great deal of attention has been placed on expressing the Klein Constantia style in this wine. It consists of a blend of various parcels from the estate, each kept separate throughout the winemaking process. Finally, they are carefully blended to create a perfect representation of the unique Klein Constantia soil.

This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown on Tokara’s Highlands Farm in the Elgin valley. The cold climate results in a European style wine.

Springfield ‘Miss Lucy’                                                                                                      R380


“Miss Lucy” is one of the nicknames given to the Red Stumpnose by Southern Cape fisherman and this wine would no doubt work well with seafood. A unique blend of: 46% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Semillon and 19% Pinot Gris. Only a salty breeze and a sunny day can improve what is already a perfect match of flavours.

A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir – arguably the most well-known blend in the Western Cape. It has a pleasing, light charm, and is perfectly balanced.

High altitude cabernet vineyards that have a longer ripening period give rise to this phenomenal wine. Good integration of oak with a velvety finish on the palate. A prime example of a well-crafted South African Cabernet Sauvignon.
