Black pepper and star anise flame-grilled beef rump, splashed with cassis,
served with Dijon mustard mashed potato
Vegan: Slow roasted baby tomatoes and shimeji mushrooms, roasted red onion and cassis reduction, served with mustard mashed potato)

Slow cooked black cherry and fennel lamb riblet, served with mushroom risotto
Vegan: Butternut and truffle risotto with fresh rocket

Baked kadaifi, filled with sweet cheese, roasted apple and cranberry
